Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team in San Diego. This role involves working closely with product management, design, and development teams to drive end-to-end program management, enhance cloud-based software capabilities, and integrate AI into multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills and be able to engage with senior leaders. This individual will work with internal customers to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with engineering teams to execute and track project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a single high-impact program from strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to develop and deliver cloud-based software enhancements.
• Work closely with internal customers to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Drive execution by working with engineers to track progress and remove roadblocks.
• Present updates and project insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the integration of AI into various communication channels.

Top Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of TPM experience, preferably in cloud-based software projects.
• Experience in AWS or other cloud environments (enhancements, not migrations).
• Strong understanding of data utilization to enhance customer experience.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira for project tracking and execution.
• Fintech experience is a big plus.
• Prior experience with AI integration or platform projects is a plus.
