As a Staff Technical Program Manager for AI Programs, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption and innovation across Discord. Working cross-functionally with teams across the company, you'll identify opportunities for AI to enhance efficiency and scalability while advocating for its use in both technical and non-technical projects. Your expertise in AI tools and program management will empower Discord to unlock the full potential of these transformative technologies. What You'll Be Doing * Identify Opportunities for AI Adoption: Analyze workflows across EPAD and other teams to uncover opportunities where AI solutions can increase efficiency, scalability, or innovation. * Advocate for AI Usage: Be a strong advocate for AI usage, developing compelling narratives, training material, and owning initiatives that encourage adoption across technical and non-technical projects. * Partner and Innovate: Collaborate closely with engineering teams and use your expertise to develop and deliver impactful internal AI solutions tailored to specific business needs. * Drive Programs: Design, develop, and lead organization-wide AI programs, ensuring they are impactful, well-structured, and scalable. * Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for AI vendors including: evaluating offers, managing negotiations, and handling vendor relationships. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
