We are looking for an IT Product Owner cum Business Analyst with good experience of business/customer facing, consulting, providing solutions based on the requirements and have sound technical background and experience in web application development, testing and release management will be an added advantage to ensure the success of our web application development projects. As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we need experienced and enthusiastic candidate who can help us sustain, maintain the quality and reliability of our web applications.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Web application support and further development with continuous engagement with the business owner and key users.
• Understand and analyze the business requirements looking into the business value and impact, prioritization of the backlog of requirements and set right business expectation for good and continuous engagement with the business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to sustain and build a web application that is efficient, effective, and scalable.
• Any problem solving and decision making together with DevOps team, at times of important and critical situations.
• Practice Agile methodology (Scrum) during development and release processes.
• Self-driven with minimal guidance and take ownership of the web applications.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience to the position in the area of web application/software development as IT Product Owner/Business Analyst doing the business interfacing, consulting and providing web application support based on the requirements.
• Experience in translating the business requirements to technical specifications and getting the defined deliverables from the DevOps team.
• Exposure/Experience to any requirements/change management tools like JIRA.
• Experience in handing operations support to sustain and maintain the web applications ensuring stability and performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
