Founding Staff Software Engineer - GenAI Start-Up

Staff Software Engineer Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, production-ready code for enterprise customers tackling complex AI problems
• Design and build AI-driven systems with emerging technologies
• Work in a tight-knit collaborative squad, interfacing closely with the customer to craft elegant solutions

Staff Software Engineer Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an engineer - ideally with exposure to various technologies such as Python, Java, Typescript, React etc.
• Compsci background - strong data structures and algorithms
• Experience working in a high performing engineering culture or founding experience
• Some experience or interest with AI - LLMs, RAG etc.
