该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Responsible for S-TROSA platform as local design authority. Local technical leader and decision maker for engineering change and failure analysis of S-TROSA. Define product specification, responsible for customer specification compliance. Work with process development team, align, and agree the process flatform and alignment solution, design optimization for manufacture process capability and the improvement for CPK and process yield. As technical leader on Failure analysis, include qualification failure, test failure, quality issue and customer return. Define product test solution, test spec and test flow. Develop manufacture test strategy and test flow. Define product validation and verification plan. Patent application for new design or concepts. Job Requirements: Experience with fiber optics and optical communications. Experience with fiber optics devices and optical test equipment. Strong skill on Failure analysis, root cause study and improvement solution Knowledge of process development, process control and DOE design. Good skill on data analysis, summary and technical report Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, semiconductors or electric, Ph.D is desired. Minimum 8 years of experience in the photonics, semiconductor or related industry or PhD with graduate work in fiber optics and optical communications Prior design and test experience with optical components Good communications skills, written and verbal, in English and Mandarin Well organized Strong leadership skills, strong people skills Good willing to take reasonability.
