Job Overview

At ARM, we are shaping the future of computing by enabling innovation and performance at scale. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in .NET/Java, AWS, databases, and security to join our software engineering team.

This role involves building and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that drive ARM’s cloud-native and distributed systems. You will work on innovative solutions that support ARM’s brand-new technology stack, collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver high-impact software.

As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to developing modern software architectures, optimizing cloud-based infrastructures, and ensuring secure and efficient software delivery through DevSecOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (C#) and/or Java in a cloud-native environment.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Architect and optimize database solutions (SQL and NoSQL) to support high-performance and scalable applications.
• Ensure security standard processes in software development, including IAM role management, OAuth2 and thread modeling.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring robust data processing and high availability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability, working closely with infrastructure and DevOps teams.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of experience programming in .NET (C#) and/or Java for full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mentality, and a passion for software development.
• Masters Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
  
  

“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience

• Understanding of security standard processes including IAM, OAuth2, JWT and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, AWS ECS or Kubernetes).
• Experience with React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.

Salary Range

$185,491-$250,958 per year
