Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain quality systems and processes for SSD technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor SSD quality and reliability metrics (KPI), analyze trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and devise preventive measures to mitigate SSD quality and reliability risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and ensure new SSD products meet or exceed quality and reliability benchmarks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality and reliability activities and prepare for audits to guarantee compliance with standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on SSD quality systems and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SSD-specific industry standards and regulations (e.g., NVMe, SATA, PCIe).
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills, with proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with technical product, process, and equipment reliability, including metrology and semiconductor failure analysis techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of leading technical teams and working in diverse environments.

Preferred

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in SSD or related storage technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools(JMP, Minitab).
