We are seeking an experienced and emotionally intelligent Staff Development Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and team development for a busy seasonal restaurant. This newly created leadership role is part of a broader organizational restructuring and will report directly to ownership while working in close collaboration with the General Manager.
