Title of Position: Staff Development Coordinator
Job Synopsis:
Responsible for administrative support to the Staff Development Pastor and project management support for ongoing staff training and development functions.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
* Initiate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, steward deadlines, and adapt to occasional changes
* Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars.
* Organize and manage all aspects of learning events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and attendee registration.
* Assist in developing and preparing training materials, presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
* Support in the administration and maintenance of the LMS, including user management, course assignments, and content updates.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to training activities, attendance, and compliance requirements.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong aptitude to learn new software and systems
* Bachelor's degree preferred

General Physical Requirements:

* Sit/stand for long periods of time.
* Occasionally kneel or crouch.
* Lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
