Staff Data Analyst - Product

US Remote (PST/MST Preferred)

$200,000 - $250,000 Base Salary + Private Equity

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Analyst to provide key insights that inform product strategy and business growth. You'll work across functions, leading complex analyses and helping drive data-informed decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead key analytical projects with visibility across product and executive teams
• Provide strategic insights to influence product direction & feature development
• Define and develop advanced product metrics
• Provide analytical support to lead data-driven product management direction

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics
• Strong background in product analytics
• Industry Experience in SaaS environments or developer tool companies
• Advanced SQL expertise
• Python or R programming skills.
• Extensive experience gathering insights from complex, big data environments
• Excellent communication skills are crucial!
• Experience with dbt preferred
