STAFF ARCHITECTURE Description * Preparation of design and construction documentation for all project types, which could include municipal, industrial, mixed-use, and commercial. Could include private and public sector work. * Regular interaction with their support staff in other offices or with outside consultants. * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver design and construction documents in a collaborative studio environment. * Ability to create design presentation both in hand sketch and design software format. * Field measuring work and preparation of As-Built Documents. * Some limited travel (using company vehicle, when available). Will use Revit, AutoCAD, and possibly SketchUp weekly for production work and construction documentation. They prefer someone in the office 5 days a week, but once up and trained, could offer 1 day of remote work. This person could work out of Novi, Wyandotte, or Gaylord offices.
