We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health. We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This will be a hybrid role based out of our Irving, TX HQ. As the Staff Accountant, you will: * Perform weekly reconciliation of credit card clearing accounts * Support travel and expense processing within SAP Concur and routinely audit expense reporting * Monitor and validate transactions to identify and escalate any potentially fraudulent activity * Manage payment plan collections across GL and clinic systems * Process the deposit of manual payments and post cash receipts on a weekly basis * Serve as contact for client collections and payment inquiries, offering prompt and professional solutions * Collaborate with sales personnel regarding accounts in collections and provide updates regarding payment plans and other status changes * Maintain accurate records of accounts in collections * Assist with preparing month-end entries and general ledger reconciliations for Concur, AR and miscellaneous cash * May be assigned ad hoc projects and assists with external audits * Perform other duties, as assigned As the Staff Accountant, your background should include: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Minimum 2 years of previous corporate accounting experience * Firm grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles (GAAP, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy, reliable, and analytical * Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs * Experience with Intacct General Ledger System and Concur Travel is preferred, but not required
