Staff Accountant to join their dynamic onsite team in

Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of General Ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities.
Perform full-cycle Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalizations, depreciation, disposals, asset tracking, and reporting.
Review and analyze capital expenditures to ensure compliance with company policy and GAAP standards.
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset sub-ledgers and prepare roll-forward schedules.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare high-volume journal entries and complex reconciliations for multiple entities.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing detailed schedules and supporting documentation.
Work closely with finance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accounting accuracy.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, automation, and best practices documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with direct responsibility for General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
Previous experience in a large, high-volume, corporate environment preferred.
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and fixed asset accounting best practices.
Advanced MS Excel skills required - must be proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, nested formulas, and large dataset management.
ERP system experience strongly preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented, with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute.
