St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. This position will focus on fundraising for College Advancement through personal contacts and facilitation of events that assist the development effort. The Associate Director will identify prospects, cultivate and close both leadership annual gifts, and major gifts. This position will serve as a strategic partner to College Advancement, ensuring alignment with central fundraising initiatives and supporting the overarching goals of the college’s development and alumni relations programs. The role also plays a key part in fostering a culture of philanthropy by expanding stakeholders’ understanding of the impact and importance of giving.
