工作职责:
General Description
This position encompasses both management and technical aspects of IT support which will require a broad skillset. Experience in Automotive company operations, financial and cost controlling applications as well as technical skills to provide directed support of SAP FI/CO modules is desired. The main focus is support to local plants (Shanghai, Suzhou, Beijing, Yantai) and China Technical Center SAP FI/CO as well as other BorgWarner China locations as required. This person will be the local IT business relationship manager (BRM), the single point of contact in China Technical Center aftermarket BU for all IT related needs.
Desire to learn new technologies, demonstrates advanced competency for trouble shooting and problem solving, together with advanced customer and vendor / partner interface skills. Works independently, leading small to medium projects and leading or participating in department and / or group technology planning. Provides input to the development of key support processes. Focus of knowledge and operations encompasses the site and extends to the group level. Training on key BorgWarner information technologies to be provided, ongoing support from global IT organization where ever needed.
Key Accountabilities
Applications
- Business requirements gathering and analysis of business issues; leveraging global IT organization and China IT shared service to address these needs.
- New SAP rollout project
- Close cooperation with global core team for knowledge transfer, FIT-GAP analysis, blueprint and function specification.
- Work with 3rd party partner during customization, testing, training, data migration and go-live support phase.
- Play a project manager role at local site.
- SAP continuous optimization
- Responsible for developing functional and technical specifications, where applicable.
- Responsible for SAP system configuration as required in FI/CO area in SAP development environment after the change request got approved.
- Keep customers informed of progress to quickly and efficiently to bring user issues to resolution.
- Daily SAP support
- Provide second level SAP FI/CO application support to Shanghai & Suzhou plant, technical center and other China plants as needed.
- Work closely with business owners to deeply analyze and evaluate business requirements, provide consulting, improvement and optimization proposals.
- Responsible for key user collaboration and development such as regular meeting, training, etc.
Management
- As Business relationship manager for China Technical Center aftermarket BU, responsible for all IT related service, coordinate all necessary internal and external IT resource to support BU business.
- Coordinate China IT infrastructure team to provide desktop/client services, applications installation, trouble shooting, WAN and LAN maintenance.
- Plan BU IT budget and monitor IT spending to make sure IT costing effectively and meet plant and business unit IT target.
- Manage local IT helpdesk to delivery service and meet IT KPI.
- Drive IT Steering committee meeting by quarterly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
7+ years related work experience in Information Technology.
5+ERP experience, SAP FI/CO is must, SAP MM, PP, ABAP and other SAP modules are plus.
Good understanding of Automotive business processes.
Experience in systems analysis and problem solving.
IT infrastructure knowledge and skills on client service, network are plus.
Good English Oral communication Skill.
Project management experience is a plus.
