工作职责:

This is a key global IT position supporting Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), Internet Service.

This person will participate in the architecture, evaluation, piloting, implementation, and management of all network services technology.

This position will oversee and guide the daily activities and workflow of regional LAN, and WAN activities and offer technical guidance and input on all support services to ensure the stability and integrity of the WAN, LAN, and wireless network services.

This position furthermore will develop and document standards for all LAN/WAN architecture and Network Services devices.

This position will manage Global Internet/Extranet Services and support overall security strategies, processes, and implementations.

This position requires a broad knowledge of WAN and LAN technology.

 1. Install, configure, and support routers, switches, and firewalls, in a complex, high-availability, global environment.

 2. Work directly with managed service providers to design, install, and maintain managed network services.

 3. Assist divisional and facilities IT support with the design, configuration, installation, and support of network services.

 4. Evaluate new technology and present opportunities to improve the future network architecture, performance, and network services.

 5. Review daily with Direct Manager global operational status/issues.

 6. Maintain vigilance and drive on global projects as assigned leveraging the global team.

 7. Identify and escalate issues in the networked environment that may potentially negatively impact business operations.

 8. Ensure all LAN/WAN Service changes go through review, change control and acceptance prior to execution.

 9. Review/assist and support the Team Lead, Global Internet/Extranet Services as required.

 10. Participate in strategy setting meetings of any influencing technical service lines.

 11.Develop or streamline processes to further improve the delivery of Global Network & Telecommunication Services.

 BA/BS Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

 5+ years’ experience in LAN, WLAN, WAN, SDWAN Support

 Cisco, Juniper Routers, Cisco IOS, IOS-XE & IOS-NX Switches

 Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewall, Global Protect Configuration and Management

 Good knowledge to Cisco WLC, Meraki Wireless network

 Working knowledge of Cisco ISE

 Strong Problem Solving

 CCNP Certification Required (CCIE Preferred)

 Good communication, documentation skill in English
