To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Staff DevOps Engineer to join our globally distributed DevOps team with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact, while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber. This is a hands-on, senior-level position focused on driving operational excellence and reliability for our data platform infrastructure. You will play a critical role in managing cloud environments, container orchestration, infrastructure automation, observability, and CI/CD processes to support scalable and resilient systems.

Responsibilities:

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Monitoring and maintaining dev, staging and production SaaS environments
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• Working on ways to automate and improve development, testing and release processes with CI/CD pipelines
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Working with customer success team to identify technical problems on the field and develop software updates and ‘fixes'
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
  
  
  

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Good knowledge of Bash and Python
• Working knowledge of databases and microservice architectures
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of performance troubleshooting
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
• Experience with software engineering, customer experience and civil engineering
• Experience developing engineering applications for a large corporation is a plus
• Working knowledge of Elasticsearch is a plus
• Working knowledge Flink/Spark/Ignite/Redis is a plus
