Job Title: Senior Workday Integration Consultant (HCM)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support our client’s HCM implementation and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday tools including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Reporting, and PECI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Configure and maintain Payroll Interface (PECI) integrations
• Develop and maintain custom reports to support business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues
• Document integration processes, configurations, and customizations
  
  

Client-Specific Focus

You will support a key client in the food tech industry by:

• Acting as a primary point of contact for all Workday-related configuration and functionality
• Supporting modules such as HCM, Talent & Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Benefits
• Identifying areas for system optimization and implementing improvements
• Supporting integrations with third-party systems
• Creating and maintaining system documentation and reports
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and providing training as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Workday integrations (EIB, CC, PECI, Workday Studio)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
