About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Visual Operations to join our Visual Merchandising team. This person will lead in-store signage, print production, and provide operational and technical support for store design and fixture initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. The Senior Manager will manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, while overseeing vendor relationships, print workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the in-store brand experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives efficiencies to maximize ROI, and continually improves operations. This position, based in Dublin, reports to the Director of Visual Operations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the management and oversight of a range of marketing materials across print and physical mediums, including signage, sales collateral, and promotional prints, ensuring alignment with standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Visual leads between channels to define and distribute visual assets to stores, driving consistency and quality across all locations.
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with print vendors, overseeing quality control, production timelines, and adherence to standards.
- Provide operational support for store design and fixture initiatives, collaborating with the store design team to implement effective solutions.
- Champion best practices within the team, contributing to strategic discussions and offering innovative solutions to improve workflows, processes, and outcomes.
- Effectively manage multiple projects while staying within budget and meeting deadlines.
- Partner with the print procurement team to optimize budget, material usage and production efficiency.
- Ensure that all content is delivered on time, with a focus on alignment with project goals, timelines, and strategic objectives, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and securing timely feedback.
- Take on additional high-priority responsibilities as needed, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement in all visual operations functions.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in visual operations, print production, or a related field, preferably in retail or brand-focused industries.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in design iterations, print production, and store design execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal and external business partners, and vendors at all levels.
- Proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and implementing best practices in visual operations and production.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from both office and remote locations
- Position is based in our Dublin, California office.
- Up to 25% travel which includes market trips, industry conventions and other events, and other specific travel as designated.

The starting salary for this position is $76,398.00-$101,847.00 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
