Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design concepts.
Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design solutions and gather user feedback.
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and changing project requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously advocate for user-centric design principles within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
