Job Summary

SAP QA Analyst (SAP Tester ) This job contributes to REI¿s success by supporting the planning, design and execution of SAP system testing on complex applications. Works collaboratively within the SAP FA¿s and ABAP Developers, and business partners to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements. Leads testing efforts that carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems, products and services meet minimum organization standards. Coordinates testing of SAP to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Reports progress on test phase execution to management. Devises improvements to current procedures and builds models of possible future configurations. Performs workflow analysis and implements quality improvements Your Planning & Navigating Requirements:

• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports from SAP Enhancements/Projects
• Perform testing on SAP and reporting systems
• Validate user expectations are achieved during the testing process
• Review user requirements, Functional/technical specification documents to ensure that requirements are testable
• Document and monitor defects through the resolution process
• Communicate test and defect status to project teams and management
• Receive work assignments, context, and guidance. Provide status updates Daily
• Collaborate to develop requirements for new or changed business processes

• Required o Years of experience 3 5 yrs o Familiarity with Testing tools, specifically JIRA o Bachelor¿s degree in related field or equivalent work experience 3 5 yrs o Knowledge of retail business processes o Ability to identify and prioritize project testing needs o Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle o Understanding of IT development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals. o Flexible in one's viewpoints and positions in order to support the direction taken by others at REI. o Uses business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems or the pursuit of business opportunities. o Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions o Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers o Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work o Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals o Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations o Builds rapport with all kinds of people inside and outside the organization o Acts upon opportunities and involves and influences others in the accomplishment of worthwhile organizational goals
