Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Technical Data Analyst for a direct hire job opportunity with a client located in the King of Prussia PA area. The Sr. Sr. Technical Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the search functionality on our platform, ensuring an effective and seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of search trends and best practices.

Salary Range: $75-85K base, 10% bonus and a competitive benefits offering

Sr. Technical Data Analyst - job responsibilities include:

• Analyze customer journey to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
• Monitor and report on key search metrics, including but not limited to search volume, click-through rates, no search results, conversion rates, bounce rates, average time spent on each search, percentage of searches that result in a purchase, average order value, customer retention rate, shopping cart abandonment rate, and customer lifetime value
• Technically work with SQL, Python and Pandas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer analytics, digital merchandising and IT.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of search optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in search.
• Continuously monitor search platform (Solr/FindTuner) roadmap/new features and champion the usage of new functionalities/techniques that will improve search performance and effectiveness
• Leverage research, including but not limited to voice of customer research, to identify key search experience opportunities
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Analytics teams
• Partner with IT/Dev team members to ensure high performing, high availability search environment

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of Data Analytics experience
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and Pandas (technical assessment will be done during interview)
• Experience with various data collection methods, data cleansing, and data wrangling
• Must be able to talk in detail abou tthe data and reports that you have previously worked with and tell the story about the data
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail for accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
