Sr. SW System Design Engineer

Engineers at Analog Devices (ADI) solve some of the world’s most complex engineering problems across a broad portfolio of products. The Engineering Enablement organization empowers ADI engineers by building and supporting the infrastructure, tools, and workflows required by ADI’s design community. Job Description

ADI’s Requirements Management organization in Engineering Enablement is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Engineer who will maintain ADI’s Requirements Management Tool Environment. We are looking for a candidate with expertise and the ability to administrate and support Requirements Management tools, and workflows to ADI product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrate a Requirements Management tool solution (JAMA) with end-to-end traceability
  • Support, coordinate technical activities for end-users and support queries using a help desk ticketing system
  • Developing technical documentation for a Requirement Management System
  • Develop and conduct training on Requirements Management Tool solution
  • Provide support for engineers adopting and using Requirements Management methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA in an engineering field
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Good knowledge of English (speak & write)
  • Working Knowledge in structured engineering approach
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Requirements Management processes and best practices
  • Hands on experience Tool / application administration
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well across diverse organizations and geographies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in use / administration of requirements Management tools, preferably Jama Connect
  • Experience in Tool usage / administration in ALM / PLM systems
