Responsibilities:

• Act as a Point of Contact for technical advice or support;
• Flexibility providing support on multiple accounts in a shared environment;
• Giving suggestions to optimize service offered and work processes;
• Handle complex incidents on the projects;
• Working closely with specialists in order to ensure the highest quality of the project;
• Work in the Shared Operations Services team in coordination with the Command Center, to activate in crisis situations/special projects;
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Advanced level of German and English;
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Stefanini;
• Can-do attitude, high adaptability, and resilience;
• Mandatory English language proficiency, spoken and written;
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented person;
• Availability: Flexibility towards 24x7 shifts on a rotation basis.
