**Role responsibilities**
- Driving Competitive Commodity Sourcing Strategies: Achieving the lowest Total Cost, enhancing productivity, and optimizing working capital through strategic negotiation, planning, and execution.
- Alignment and Implementation of COE Regional Packaging Strategy: Ensuring seamless alignment and implementation of regional packaging strategies.
- Operational Process Improvement: Securing new product launches, ensuring on time material arrivals, managing payments, updating contract prices, and mitigating supply risks.
- Accountability for Delivery Escalations and Operational Targets: Overseeing delivery escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Management of Significant Spend and Vendor Relationships: Managing an annual spend of $44MM USD across 145 vend
- Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes
- Manage Site Category and Commodity Strategies including spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- University graduate in the fields of Manufacturing, Industrial Eng. technology, Chemicals, Electronics or other relevant fields of study
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Sourcing and procurement including Chemicals buying
- Knowledge of Chemicals spend and supply base
- Working and/or Leading in Site Team Environments
- Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
