What You'll Do

The individual will be a member of the India Consulting HR team and shall report to the Manager- HR. The individual will be responsible for leading BCG India’s Unlocking Potential initiatives and also drive other firm-wide values, culture and well-being initiatives.

  • Support the implementation and evaluation of the organization's Unlocking Potential

initiatives, in alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and affinity groups, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
  • Driving BCG’s representation in external engagements, participation in forums,

certifications, panels, etc.

  • Assist in the creation and revision of policies, internal communications, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Supporting the Diversity hiring agenda and related support to be extended to prospective employees.
  • Running various mentorship and partnership programs to provide effective formal and informal connect avenues to women, PWD and LGBT+ employees.
  • Forerunning any relevant events, celebrations, and other affiliation activities
  • Analyze metrics and qualitative data to track progress, generate insights, and outcome reports for leadership.
  • Adhering to tight timelines and taking on end-to-end ownership of all initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Post-graduate certificate in any field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience; preferably in diversity & inclusion.
  • Experience in the service industry, preferably MNC.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced technical skills with proficiency in Excel analytics
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong PMO and eye for detail
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • High ownership and a self-driven approach
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, willing to take a hands-on approach and able to excel in a large international company culture.

A self-starter and target-oriented go-getter who would be able to look at different facets of DEI and work with diverse teams to achieve the desired results. You will be reporting to Manager – HR.
