What you will be doing as a Sr. Sofware Development Project Manager: Project Planning: Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Team Management: Leads and manages project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support. Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Quality Assurance: Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Budget Management: Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Progress Monitoring: Tracks project progress, preparing status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management. Performance Evaluation: Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
