As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: Design and develop large-scale applications, including backend services and APIs, while ensuring practicality, stability and reliability. Design and develop large-scale data systems, including databases, data warehouses, and search engines. Create scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes for analytical purposes. Analyze and resolve complex issues in the applications, identifying root causes and implementing robust fixes. Continuously optimize application performance and scalability through code improvements, cloud service optimizations, and infrastructure as code practices. Documents engineering processes, workflows, and systems for reference and knowledge-sharing purposes. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
