Professional Services - Support Services Associate

The PS Services Support Services group is looking for an associate level Systems Control Analyst. This team provides ongoing support for internal and external clients in order to meet division and department goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include the configuration and maintenance of client relationships across various Fiserv systems. You will learn all about Fiserv products and services and work with other teams in Professional Services to implement bill payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Configure and maintain client profiles in a variety of systems across multiple environments. This includes sponsor and biller configuration, subscriber and sponsor billing and paper and internet email correspondence for new implementations, upgrades, migrations and maintenance projects.

Serve as a source of knowledge regarding available systems parameters and impacts.

Assist in troubleshooting system configuration problems with other internal departments. Identify root causes of errors and make recommendations based on identified trends.

Participate in the planning, design and testing phases of system upgrades, enhancements, or new products to understand and forecast impact to clients and work processes.

Document system processes/data flows for department.

Education Required

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience desired

Experience Required

Minimum two years of Fiserv experience with focus on bill payment product lines and services. Experience with client contracts preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Required

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Basic knowledge of Mainframe Applications (3270)

Basic knowledge of bill payment products and services

Solid communication (oral and written) skills

Detail orientation

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Ability to balance workload to effectively meet deadlines
