• Job Responsibility Managing & instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, & monitoring their performance.
• Should have good knowledge of RCC buildings & finishing, able to execute works from start to finish
• Report the progress & status to seniors
• Ensuring all health & safety guidelines are followed strictly.
• Conducting regular site inspections & addressing any potential hazards immediately.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities & progress reports.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, & architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
• Problem-solving & troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
• Ensure that construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
