Requires: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related, plus 60 months of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Management Analyst, Scrum Master, or related. Above experience must include three years: 1) Serving as a ScrumMaster planning and supporting applications in AGILE, Waterfall and SAFE environments on teams supporting health care plans, health provider incentive programs and health plan ratings; and 2) Using SQL and TOAD to support data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and testing for health provider incentive program data and health plan rating data.
