Summary

A fast-growing, mission-driven organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the evolution of its Salesforce platform. This is a high-impact, strategic role that combines architecture, hands-on development, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be at the center of shaping the organization’s Salesforce vision, enabling scalable solutions and efficient operations across teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Build and optimize custom components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Define and lead best practices around Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
  • Oversee integration efforts with various systems, ensuring data flows securely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Product, and Marketing to support business processes and data initiatives.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Champion system reliability through performance tuning and observability strategies.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
  • Strong command of DevOps practices within Salesforce (Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, automated deployments).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions and guide technical strategy.
  • A hands-on mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you can work across both technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus Points For

  • Industry knowledge in complex, regulated domains (e.g., financial services, real estate, lending).
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance management within Salesforce.
  • Exposure to modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, React, or C#.
