Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Montpelier, Vermont (Dayone Onsite - Need Locals OR Nearby States)

Mode of Hire: Fulltime / Permanent

Summary

• Salesforce Project Manager/Support Lead for a state government client.
• This role manages Salesforce projects, provides application support, and oversees releases.
• Requires strong Salesforce expertise (LWC, Apex), project management skills, and excellent communication.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 15+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience
• 8+ years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud).
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce integrations.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce projects: planning, execution, risk mitigation.
• Provide application support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug fixes.
• Oversee Salesforce releases using Copado.
• Create and maintain project/release documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

• Documentation/Communication: 20%
