Job Description
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be collaborating closely with various Business Groups and Functions, you’ll tackle complex business requirements from discovery through design and development, ensuring alignment with our fast-paced, product-oriented, and customer-focused technology goals. Your expertise will empower us to enhance operational efficiency and deliver seamless solutions, making a significant impact on Nokia's mission to innovate and connect the world.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on overall systems architecture and CRM strategy tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and improve business processes leveraging Salesforce and best practices.
- Oversee data integration and migration activities to ensure seamless transition and quality assurance in deployment strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce architecture, user guides, and process flows to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and innovations, recommending new features and optimizations to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships and ensure user adoption of Salesforce solutions, driving long-term value.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of our clients' CRM strategies.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 5-8 years of experience delivering consulting services, in client-facing roles that provided experience with all aspects of systems implementation.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SFDC, Apex, and Visual Force
- Experience with System Architecture Documents
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
It would be nice if you also had:
- Advanced Salesforce certification
- Service Cloud specific experience
