Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, and best practices to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical leadership skills, capable of driving innovation and efficiency across our Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant products.
• Experience in License and Permit Management, Inspections Management & Salesforce industry cloud
• Demonstrated capabilities to design, optimize and processes across various systems.
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achieving desired business outcomes.
• Experience in developing architecture artifacts to improve business architecture, with a focus on innovation and agility

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing Omni Studio (Omni Script, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures), Business Rules Engine, and Actions development for internal and external Community users.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Design Solutions: Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and governance.
• Integration Strategy: Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Customization & Development: Lead the development of custom applications, workflows, and automation using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security best practices, compliance requirements, and data governance policies.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Training & Documentation: Provide technical mentorship, training, and documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and user adoption.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is a plus.
