Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Expert tolead our direct client acquisition efforts, focusing specifically on closing agency clients. This is a key role requiring a proven track record of successfully sellingand closing high-ticket IT services, particularly website development and other IT solutions, directly to businesses via video calls. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned closer with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with agency stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Closing: Proactively engage and close direct agency clients on video calls for our high-ticket IT services (primarily website development and other relevant IT solutions).
High-Ticket Sales Expertise: Leverage proven sales methodologies and a deep understanding of value-based selling to close deals with significant contract values.
Video Sales Proficiency: Conduct compelling and effective sales presentations and closing conversations via video conferencing platforms.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly understand client business objectives and translate them into compelling IT solutions and proposals.
Requirements
Proven Senior Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of senior-level sales experience within the IT industry, with a strong focus on selling high-ticket services (website development, custom software, etc.).
Direct Agency Client Closing Expertise: Demonstrable and verifiable experience in directly closing deals with International clients.
High-Ticket Sales Closing Track Record: A verifiable history of successfully closing high-value deals (clearly state the typical ticket size you're looking for them to have closed, e.g., $10,000+, $20,000+ per project).
Video Sales Mastery: Exceptional communication, presentation, and
closing skills specifically in a video call environment.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and navigate complex deals to mutually beneficial outcomes.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
