Job Description

Fanatics is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented compliance professional with a minimum of 3+ years of applicable Responsible Gaming experience to join its Responsible Gaming team. The RG Sr. Analyst will have the opportunity to join and help develop and manage critical Responsible Gaming processes at a key point in the company’s corporate existence and be a part of a best-in-class team.

General Duties

• Develop, manage and execute monitoring & testing plans for critical Responsible Gaming processes;
• Lead reviews of complex player account activities/red flags and assist in the development of mitigation protocols for high-risk behaviors;
• Develop and update internal FBG Responsible Gaming policies and procedures;
• Collaborate with FBG Marketing team to ensure that responsible gaming messaging is included in advertising campaigns;
• Develop and manage Responsible Gaming reports, compliance logs, and alert systems in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards;
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Responsible Gaming, advising and supporting cross-functional teams (AML, Fraud, Customer Service) on best practices;
• Assist in the development and execution of FBGs Responsible Gaming employee training program;
• Explore industry trends, news, professional studies, and other resources related to responsible gaming;
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to convey and clearly articulate decisions to relevant stakeholders;
• Comply with all applicable state laws pertaining to Responsible Gaming regulations;
• Assist with ongoing adherence to the Fanatics Responsible Gaming Program policies and procedures
• Drive the development of a responsible gaming culture by collaborating with Responsible Gaming leadership on strategic initiatives that promote healthy gameplay;
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor level degree and relevant work experience;
• 3+ years of experience in Responsible Gaming;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• General understanding of Responsible Gaming regulations and best practices;
• Experience in writing compliance documentation (Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, etc.) preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work well in teams;
• Ability to synthesize information in data and reports to make actionable recommendations;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the G-Suite;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail; and
• Knowledge of sports betting or iGaming/online casino preferred.
  
  

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $87,000 to $107,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
