• Lead and provide customized NPD to KA channels and food service, including but not limited to Sam’s, E-commerce, etc.
• Organize engaging tasting & activities for internal and external customers.
• Management of HMM (cost saving) projects and organize workshop about new HMM tools study from global technical team.
• On-time in-full delivery of NPD with XBE model, leveraging OEM plants/suppliers capability.
• Provide insight for external process capability building based on business demand.
• Enable long term technology and meet local business demand, by leveraging North America ITQ capability and external resource.
• Able to travel to Taiwan is a plus. Potential need to travel to Taiwan OEM plant.
  
  

Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

• Bachelor or above in Food science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Above 3 years of R&D experience in the food industry.
• Experience in new product development and project management.
• Experience in B2B product development is a plus.
• Experience in market information/ sales data analysis is a plus.
• Influential and impactful.
• Passionate, proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Fluent in oral and written English
