Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and Selenium and experience in the Analytics domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the companys success. The position requires a day shift with no travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software projects.
• Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Provide expertise in Java programming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure that all software meets the companys standards for functionality performance and reliability.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to verify that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Utilize analytics domain knowledge to improve testing strategies and identify potential areas of improvement.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing and automation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential defects early in the development process.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to testing processes procedures and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues encountered.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve the quality assurance process.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to software quality and testing.
