Dexian Europe is looking for an experienced Performance Analyst who will maintain and improve performance testing infrastructure. You will cooperate with development teams to assist in testing of solutions from the performance perspective, provide resulting metrics and help in identifying problems. You will join our client, a provider of AI-driven workflow systems supported through a market-leading Enterprise Application - Advertising Resource Management platform. This is a long-term role that can be performed remotely and can be either F.T.E “ Full Time Employee” or open to freelancers. WE can offer a highly competitive package.

• Qualifications and Skills

• 6+ years of experience in QA
• 3+ years of experience in performance testing
• Experience in load, soak, stress testing, etc;
• Strong ability to identify bottlenecks and localize problems that lead to performance issues;
• Strong expertise in one of testing tools: Jmeter, K6, Gatling, Locust;
• Experience with monitoring: DataDog, ELK Stack;
• Design, script, and execute performance tests for various APIs and Web applications;
• Experience with application profiling tools;
• Solid experience in one of programming languages: JS, Python, Java;
• Skills of managing test documentation;
• English communication skills (speak, read, write);

• Nice to have
• Experience in CI tools like Jenkins;
• Experience with AWS;
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes.
