This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Proposal Manager located in Chantilly, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sr. Proposal Manager will oversee the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring proposals are compliant, compelling, and competitively priced. Day-to-day tasks include managing proposal schedules, coordinating with various department teams, writing and editing proposal content, and ensuring submission deadlines are met.

• Experience with proposal management, including schedule management and team coordination
• Skills in writing and editing to create compelling proposal content
• Knowledge of compliance and pricing strategies for competitive proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the IT industry or with government clients is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
