Client: Medical Device Company

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development.
  • Medical device/ FDA regulated industry experience
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program leadership, project team, and functional management.
  • Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products and processes.
  • Reviews status of projects, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, timeline, and business goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with core team members, functional managers, and program leaders.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the products are delivered on time and on budget

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives and on multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities while still operating as an individual contributor at times.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and team building skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across the organization.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity.
