In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the financial aspects of our manufacturing programs, from planning and budgeting to tracking performance. You'll work closely with different teams to ensure smooth program launches and help keep everything running efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in financial management and program control, along with a good understanding of manufacturing processes. You'll also be helping to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and finding ways to improve our financial reporting and processes along the way. You Will: * Financial Planning & Management: * Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing programs, track performance, and evaluate the financial impacts of cost-reduction projects. * Monitor program costs to ensure alignment with budget constraints. * Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. * Partner with Manufacturing department leaders to enhance financial controls and reporting systems. * Cost Optimization & Process Improvement: * Support supplier deliverables and drive process improvements while maintaining data standards. * Stay updated on business priorities to ensure effective cost optimization initiatives. * Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. * Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality program launches. * Foster cross-functional collaboration to align teams and support strategic goals. * Facilitate communication by delivering regular updates on cost optimization progress to leadership. * KPI Development & Reporting: * Lead KPI development and reporting, providing insights for decision-making. * Develop and implement financial controls and reporting systems to track program performance. * Technical Proficiency: * Exhibit a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
