About the role
The Senior Product Strategy & Operations Analyst will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing product operations, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. This role will focus on cross-functional product management initiatives, Jira administration, and the successful adoption of the Product Team Operating System, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams.
This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas .
What will you be doing?
Strategic Product Management & Execution
* Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, driving execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans to drive accountability and on-time delivery.
* Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution of high-impact initiatives.
* Work closely with product and engineering leadership to ensure product priorities align with company objectives.
M&A and Partnerships Support
* Support the evaluation, due diligence, and integration of product-related acquisitions.
* Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment of acquired products.
* Develop playbooks and best practices for M&A product integration.
Product Operations & Process Optimization
* Administer and optimize Jira, ensuring it is effectively utilized across product, design, and engineering teams.
* Establish and maintain best practices for annual roadmap planning, sprint execution, and backlog management.
* Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Product Team Operating System, ensuring teams follow best practices for execution, collaboration, and reporting.
* Implement process improvements to enhance team cadence, documentation, and operational workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
* Act as the program manager for key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
* Develop and implement frameworks for decision-making, communication, and project execution across teams.
* Lead training and adoption efforts for Jira and operational tools, ensuring teams are equipped with the right processes and best practices.
* Drive change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and transparency.
What are we looking for?
* 5-8 years of experience in product management, strategy, and operations
* Strong cross-functional product management experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives across multiple teams.
* Expertise in Jira administration, workflow optimization, and Agile methodologies.
* Experience managing product operations, process improvement, and execution frameworks.
* Highly analytical, with experience in Excel, SQL, BI tools, or other reporting platforms.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to manage change, drive alignment, and execute at scale.
