Job Summary As a Sr. Product Specialist(T) you will leverage your expertise in Tecnomatix and Manufacturing Simulation to drive product innovation and efficiency. With 8 to 10 years of experience you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product lifecycle management processes. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts. Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of Tecnomatix solutions to optimize manufacturing processes * Oversee the development and execution of manufacturing simulations to improve product design and production efficiency * Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams on Tecnomatix and simulation tools * Collaborate with product development teams to integrate simulation results into product lifecycle management * Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions * Develop and maintain documentation for Tecnomatix and simulation processes * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing simulation * Conduct training sessions for team members on Tecnomatix and simulation methodologies * Monitor and evaluate the performance of simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability * Coordinate with stakeholders to align simulation activities with business objectives * Support the continuous improvement of product lifecycle management processes through simulation insights * Drive innovation in manufacturing simulation techniques to enhance product quality and reduce costs * Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders Qualifications * Possess a strong technical background in Tecnomatix and manufacturing simulation * Have experience in product lifecycle management which is considered a plus * Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities * Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation * Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation Certifications Required Certification in Tecnomatix or Manufacturing Simulation is mandatory.
