核心职责

一、阿里RX及OTC品牌营销策略（40%）

RX药品及OTC品牌全渠道运营

• 负责阿里健康RX（处方药）及保发生等OTC品牌的全链路营销，包括流量获取、转化优化及用户复购策略
• 制定差异化营销方案，结合RX药品的特殊性（如患教内容合规性）和OTC产品的消费者驱动特性
  
  

平台资源整合与活动策划

• 主导阿里健康大促活动（如双11、618、健康日等），协调平台资源（如原研阵地、患教中心、搜索金刚位等）
• 探索站内+站外结合创新营销模式，探索RX+OTC联动玩法
  
  

阿里电商营销费用管理

• 制定Media Buy Ali费用全年规划
• Media Buy费用预提/核销/优化
  
  

合规与风险管控

• 确保所有营销内容符合《药品网络销售监督管理办法》及阿里健康平台规则
• 主导PRC法务沟通，审核患教内容、广告素材及客服话术
  
  

二、精准投放与人群运营（25%）

消费者洞察与投放优化

• 基于阿里数据体系（达摩盘/星图）分析RX及OTC人群画像，制定精准投放策略（重点：慢病管理人群、家庭健康决策者）
• 优化PPC投放（跨品类/品牌联合拉新、药师坐席外呼等），提升ROI
  
  

内容与触点管理

• 主导详情页、患教指南、直播等内容优化，确保合规且高转化
• 测试站内外联动玩法（如阿里健康APP+钉钉/支付宝小程序引流）
• 管理小红书/抖音CID/垂直平台引流项目
  
  

三、数据驱动运营与跨部门协作（20%）

生意复盘与策略调整

• 输出周报/月报，跟踪GMV、流量、转化率等核心指标，及时优化策略
• 监控竞品动态（如京东健康、叮当快药），制定应对方案
  
  

跨部门协作

• CMKT预算沟通/品牌策略/渠道策略协作
• MKT品牌活动承接/站内外流量承接监控/互医项目/数字化营销项目对接
• TP-日常运用对接/数据报表回收/复核
• PRC合规沟通
• SFE进销存数据对接及监控
• 与医学部合作，优化药品患教内容及客服QA话术
• 与供应链团队协同，确保RX药品的库存及配送合规
  
  

四、抖音平台电商开拓（15%）

• 前期抖音旗舰店生意规划
• 抖音旗舰店项目PRC推进
• 抖音旗舰店日常运营管理及生意目标达成推
  
  

任职要求

硬性条件

• 3年+阿里健康或医药电商/O2O经验: 熟悉RX及OTC类目运营规则
• 成功案例：有处方药或OTC/快消新品牌孵化增长案例（如年GMV增长50%+）
  
  

核心能力

• 资源整合能力：曾主导百万级平台资源谈判（如大促主会场资源）
• 跨部门协作能力：具备卓越的跨部门沟通协作积极性，确保项目内部推进快速高效完成
• 数据驱动：能通过数据分析优化投放策略（如降低CPA 20%+）
• 卓越的汇报与向上管理能力：具备将复杂数据转化为管理层可快速决策的insight能力（如能制作达到咨询公司水准的战略汇报PPT为加分项）
• 合规意识强：熟悉药品广告法及平台审核规则
• 英语能力：优秀的英语听说听说读写能力，独立完成全英汇报
