What You’ll Work On
The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions is a position in GSM Product & Innovation team, part of Global Channel Solutions group. This position is commercially focused, representing both business and customer needs globally to identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of our content supply engine.
The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will be commercially focused and represent both business and customer needs globally to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness through content supply engine. The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will facilitate workshops (in person and via video conferencing) to keep the marketers globally informed and engaged on the tools available and how to utilize them. The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will be an expert in key disciplines such as content solution, data management, usability, accessibility, content automation and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple responsibilities and business processes related to content supply engine solutions.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and strategies to align with broader business goals.
- Facilitate workshops (in-person and via video conferencing) to keep global marketers informed and engaged with available tools.
- Expert in Content tagging methodologies to track content performance
- Ensure business monitoring of Content performance, key service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Manages team budget effectively.
- Possess deep knowledge of the MLR approval process (e.g. Veeva PromoMats)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex elements simply across all levels within internal departments and external agencies
- Apply UX principles to content solutions
- Utilize agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) for product development
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the content supply process
- Exhibit strong technical aptitude with experience in content platform (e.g. Veeva, Adobe ecosystem, Braze, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Decibel)
- Draw conclusions from data, management information, and trends with strong analytical skills
- Respond quickly and influence people to deliver results
- Present information clearly and effectively
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for Content automation and increase efficiency in operational process
- Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends
- Work under pressure and within tight deadlines on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Manage time efficiently, ensuring high-quality work agreed deadlines
- Stay highly organized, focused and committed to achieving goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management
- MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates strong written and oral communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working across functional areas and at varying levels of the organization.
- Previous experience with brand management, operational; effectiveness, event management and strong communication and organization skills ideal.
- 5 years of marketing experience, experience at a digital operations or advertising agency desired but not required

The base pay for this position is $128,000.00 – $256,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
