Summary

Sr. Product Manager Department: Product Management Employment Type: Full Time Location: Burlington, MA Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 / year Description The Senior Product Manager will oversee the development of new product introductions and manage product decisions for current on-market products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to identify and prioritize both user and business needs. He/she is strong collaborator and team player, as well as a highly productive individual contributor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Sr. Product Manager will be able to work well cross-functionally to influence decisions, ultimately delivering high-quality products. Responsibilities * Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends to guide product innovation. * Monitor competitors and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge. * Act as the voice of the customer during the product development process, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront. * Lead next-generation product development, including defining the scope and executing from research through product launch phase. * Define, prioritize, and manage on-market product improvement projects including analyzing customer and field-team feedback and developing and managing detailed User Requirements, informed by primary and secondary research. * Design and execute Formative and Summative Validation studies with support from the cross-functional team including protocol and report writing. * Partner with the Clinical team on development of user-facing materials such as User Manuals and Quick Guides. * Work closely with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all applicable standards. (e.g., FDA, ISO) * Establish clear metrics to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement. * Partner with the Commercial team to ensure smooth and calculated new feature and product launches. * Ability to meaningfully contribute to improve product design, development, and launch processes and develop product roadmaps. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or scientific field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus. * 5+ years' experience in medical device product management and/or marketing. * Demonstrated ability in building collaborative relationships across functions within a global business. * Results-oriented with the ability to provide product leadership from early inception through project completion. * Data-driven decision-making incorporating input from internal and external stakeholders; analytical and process-oriented mindset. * Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation abilities Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth. * Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
