Summary

Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: * Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs that new or improved products can fulfill. Review, analyze and compare competitors' products, and meet customers to discuss their requirements * Lead Global Analytics product implementations to support existing or new business requirements by gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating solution designs, and contributing to benefit realization * Own and maintain product portfolio documentation, including roadmaps, product presentations, Product Solution Design documents and detailed design materials for any new product features * Ensure that products are fully integrated into end-to-end business processes * Ensure that training materials and documentation are done and provide as required training of new functionalities * Ensure COE practices, systems and tools are developed, maintained and marketed to support current and future business requirements at an optimal 'total cost of ownership' for customers * Travel estimate 10% of the time * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience * 5 plus years of technical implementation experience with BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform, Snowflake, or similar Preferred Education and Experience: * Master's Degree Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
