As a Sr Procurement Project Specialist - Systems, you will Execute Procurement IT strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new business systems to improve Solstice Advanced Materials procurement results. You will be the liaison between the procurement and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications. You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience.

Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users by providing high quality training to enable rapid adoption and ramp up of new systems.
Ensure written and visual trainings available are incorporated into an overall sourcing training strategy, which encompasses business systems and new employee orientation guidelines.
The selected candidate will be an effective communicator siting in Monterrey or Mexico City, on a hybrid work schedule, to allow for operational speed and greater synergy with the FE Procurement organization.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage and improve data visibility within ERP systems, improve data accuracy and drive system enhancements.
2) Expert knowledge on SAP tables and t-codes to help fetch data extracts based on request from procurement buyers. Normalize and analyze the data to drive decision making.
3) Responsible to work directly with IT to drive technical enhancements with SAP through rapid deployment or project-based environment.
4) Lead UAT for new enhancements, communicate and train buyers within procurement organization.
5) Responsible for driving efficiency by focusing on PR to PO automation and work directly with procurement buyers, plant/site leaders, SAP team and other related stakeholders.
6) Manage and lead monthly SAP trainings with procurement buyers. Train buyers on basic SAP concepts and manage day to day queries.
7) Responsible for implementing best practices, ability to define and document business requirement document (BRD) for new enhancement.
8) Drive creative thought process to develop pipeline for enhancements in SAP to improve data quality and transparency.
9) Ability to understand interconnect with different systems included but not limited to ARIBA SCC to enable and simplify supplier onboarding.
10) Strong communicator to tie out with procurement leadership on SAP updates, upcoming enhancements, challenges and future roadmap.
11) Ability to explore industry best practices and tools to be implemented into the organization.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
· Bachelor's degree.
· Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Procurement and project management roles working with SAP and/or other ERP system deployments.
· Expert knowledge on operational SAP concepts, SAP tables and t-codes.
· Proven experience coordinating IT deployments.
· Strong data management skills and data structure knowledge.
· Experience working with Supply Chain Collaboration Portals.
